Taupou
Taupou is a shoreline property of about one acre in the vicinity of Leone and Taputimu, about which we have little information, other than the property description in the deed of conveyance. It went (4/6) to Mike in the 1982 Settlement Agreement, and its status and disposition at this time are both unknown. When asked, Margaret stated, with a shrug “Mike lost it to the chiefs.” Lena bought it from Sau Pritchard in 1929. It is reportedly registered in the Volume 2 Registrar of Transfers, page 169: “It begins at a point alongside a coconut tree said point being marked by a buried bottle, the bottom of which is exposed to view.” A google search returns very little information, other than that it appears quite undeveloped.  One has the sense it has been abandoned.
