Poata refers to about 3500 sq. feet of property (less than 1/10 of an acre), apparently including a lease to the Coca Cola Bottling Company, adjacent to the property which housed the BF Kneubuhl store in downtown Pago. Like Taupou, it is unknown what happened to it after 4/6 of it was awarded to Mike in settlement in 1982, or the demise of the Coca Cola Bottling Company, to whom Lena leased it, in what could be the strangest deed ever written, which is offered mostly for amusement.  Poata is unoccupied, and appears to have been demo’d by professionals.
